Help center

Practical help, without the runaround.

Start with the quick answers below, browse the guide, or email MN Booth LLC for support.

A check is still active

Open the check from the Resume prompt. Finish it, or choose Cancel Check at the bottom. Canceling preserves its progress as Canceled in History and leaves the source kit unchanged.

A required item is missing

LastItem warns before an incomplete finish. You can return to the check or deliberately confirm that the session ended with required items missing.

Restore LastItem Pro

Connect to the internet, open Settings, choose LastItem Pro, and use Restore Purchases. Apple must return a verified entitlement.

Export checklist data

Pro users can open Settings, choose Export checklist data, review the warning, and share the generated JSON file. Photos are not included.

Share or import a kit

From a kit, choose More, then Share kit. The recipient imports the JSON from Kits → ••• → Import shared kit. Photos, archived items, and check history are not included.

Use LastItem offline

Creating kits, running manual checks, and viewing history work without a connection. Purchases and restoration need Apple’s services.

Delete local data

Open Settings and choose Delete All Data. Two confirmations protect against accidents. Apple purchase history is not removed.

Before you email

Help us help you.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, LastItem version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful when they do not reveal private information.

Keep private data out

Do not send passwords, full checklist exports, client names, sensitive notes, purchase-card details, or private item photos. Apple—not LastItem support—handles payment credentials and purchase history.
